17th Biennale of Sydney!

The Biennale is a contemporary art festival that takes place every two years (hence the name) in Sydney. Several of the pieces were located on Cockatoo Island so we took our first ferry ride in Sydney to get there (we did not see cockatoos, but did see many aggressive gulls). Many of the art pieces were located in old buildings and military structures. We went with our friend Mark who humored me as I tried to impress him with my knowledge of Australia. Below are some of our favorite photos from the day.

Here is Adam in front of the Sydney Museum of Contemporary Art before we got on the ferry.

For all the psychologists out there, here is a giant neuron, one of the pieces in the Biennale.
You can see the Harbour Bridge and the Opera House in the background.
